• Design Eng. (min 2 yrs. Exp.)

All positions require a BS in Elec Eng or closely related field. All of the above engineering positions require understanding of RF design, capacity planning/optimization, performance engineering, experience w/ a variety of networks, knowledge of industry standard propagation tools (examples include Asset 3G, Planet, EDX, etc.), exp. w/data collection tools (such as Agilent, TEMS, Invex 3g, etc.) and post processing tools (like ACTIX, WindCatcher, etc.). Sr. Eng., Principal Eng. and Sr.Consultant require exp. as team lead. Sr. Eng & Principal Eng. must have project management & report writing abilities. Senior Consultant must have 4 yrs. Exp. in RF Mgt., ability to evaluate & incorporate new technologies, must be capable of strategic planning assessment.
